Palmer Park Velo Advanced Cycling Awards
These awards are designed to encourage safe track craft and confidence, with independent tasks to achieve goals as a cyclist.
Both on freewheel and fixed. All riders will be encouraged to ride safely on the roads as they progress. Also to try different tracks/venues to include off road events.
Bronze & Silver awards are aimed for the under 12's with the Gold & Platinum for the more advanced riders.
Each will receive a certificate once all their tasks within that level has been achieved. The senior riders must also start at the Bronze level to progress further.
Tests will be carried out approx every 6 weeks throughout the year.
