Basic

1.                        Starting & Stopping (On track fence)

2.                        Pedalling (Correct position /style

3.                        Starting & Stopping (On flat surface)

4.                        Balance          (one handed, each hand)(track stand for 5 secs min)

5.                        Braking         (controlled, slow and quick kick back)

Track Co-ordination

6.                        Changing direction/lanes safely (Looking before changing)

7.                        Ride out of saddle (stay in lane

8.                        Ride between white & red line (while time trialling)

9.                        Ride behind another rider staying within 0.5m of rear wheel @ 18mph

10.                    Ride between two riders (Blue/Red lines)

11.                    Ride close to the fence

Skills

12.                    Ride between a line of cones 100mm apart (without touching any)

13.                    Ride between two other riders that are linking arms

14.                    Madison sling another rider (slow speed)

15.                    Pick up obstacle (box height)

16.                    Touch 4 out of 10 evenly spaced bottles with back of hand
